I absolutely do not recommend this salon. If someone wants to have severely damaged or weakened hair, then yes, because everything will be done for a lot of money in this salon. After the keratin hair extension and thickening, I felt like a star. I was satisfied, but unfortunately only for 3 months. I paid PLN 1,450 for the entire treatment and after a month my hair was tangled and completely sticky. After removing the hair, it turned out that not only was it damaged, but half of the hair had been broken off. Mrs. Monika, who deals with extensions, saw my thin, weak hair and did not notice the problem and kept telling me that my hair was suitable for this type of treatment because it was absolutely suitable for my hair. There is no problem for this lady because, as she said, when she loses 200 hairs a day, it is no problem. I think that there is not only a lack of professionalism here, but also common sense. A personal note from me to Mrs. Chołota - I recommend consultations with a trichologist who will probably clarify any controversial issues regarding hair. I'm attaching photos of what I had inside in my hair 🙈. When they broke off, I got scared, unfortunately, a little too late... I don't recommend it!

I used the balayage/highlights dyeing service. I showed a photo of the effect I want to achieve. Unfortunately, it turned out completely different, the bleached hair was yellow-red. After I said that this was not the effect, I was told that it was due to my hair (it was previously dyed red) and that it was impossible to achieve the effect I wanted. I asked for a toner that would remove these yellow-red highlights and was refused. In this case, I asked to simply apply brown paint to the whole thing and was also refused, explaining the lack of time. I was offered the opportunity to make an appointment for a correction in a few days because there is no time left for me today (of course, I had an appointment in advance). Despite the fact that the hair was done differently than in the photo and was not even similar, the hairdressers agreed that it was done just like in the photo and the fact that the colors are different is my fault and my hair's fault (because the last time you dyed your hair with dye from a drugstore, it's your fault if you don't like the effect). I had to pay the full price for the service (the service starts at PLN 170 and I was asked to pay PLN 300). The worst thing is that they tried to tell me that it was my fault and that it was impossible to eliminate these yellow-red highlights, and another salon took me in on the spot to repair my hair and they did it by simply applying two types of toner. Thanks to this, the effect is almost what I expected. There are a lot of hairdressers wandering around the salon, even if there was no time for me, all I had to do was apply the toner, which doesn't take long, and ask my friend or one of the three interns who were there to wash and dry my hair, but no, the interns are there to clean and cut my hair. towels instead of learning a profession. I'm very sorry that the salon left me with yellow on my hair and expected me to walk like that for a few days because they don't have time right now. I guess they are riding on the reputation they once had, and the quality of services and customer approach has decreased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

A lot has changed for the better and that makes me happy because everything is moving forward, you come for an hour and that's it. Not like the half-day expedition used to be, although it also had its own unique atmosphere, such controlled and crazy chaos, where life was bustling and buzzing. If you don't find it in the melting pot, there are no such places anymore :)

The hairdresser Monika Śliwa completely burned my hair, to such an extent that half of it fell out and I was forced to give up dyeing it blonde and cutting it drastic short. Which is a VERY uncomfortable and unpleasant situation for me, because I have always had long, blonde hair. The photo speaks for itself. I will add that I have never had colored hair. The shreds are the result of their destruction in the living room.
